Shop Policy

This website no longer accepts orders. To purchase an item, please visit the Etsy Life Faith Love Shop to browse and make a purchase.

You can view the most current version of the shop policy at any time on Etsy. The Etsy shop policy includes information about shipping, payment options, returns and exchanges, and cancellations.

If you purchased an item on Etsy, please contact us directly through Etsy to resolve your issue. We will not respond to your message outside of the Etsy platform to ensure compliance with Etsy’s buyer and seller policies.

Custom Orders

To place a custom order, email us with the details of your request to receive a quote. Turnaround time varies based on order size and labor requirements. You must make full payment at the time of order through PayPal or Cash App.

Shipping & Delivery

The cost of shipping depends on the size of the custom order. The shipping cost will be included in the price of the custom order.

All orders ship from South Carolina. Depending on the package weight, we ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) by First Class or Priority Mail. Most domestic orders arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service.

Returns & Exchanges

All custom order sales are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
