Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed for shipping within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET will not be processed for shipping until the following business day. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping Information

All orders ship from South Carolina. Our standard processing time is 2 to 3 business days unless we note otherwise. We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service First Class. Expect delivery within 2 to 7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Plant A Seed Cards purchase, please send an email with the cause for your issue or concern. Please include your order number with any pertinent information. We will work together to determine a mutually agreeable resolution.

I used the wrong shipping address, can you help?

If your order has already been shipped, Plant A Seed Cards is not responsible for replacing your order if you provided the wrong shipping address. Please double-check your mailing address at checkout.

Are your cards blank inside?

Yes, all cards are blank inside the fold.

Can I get a custom card?

No, custom cards are not an option at this time.

Can I order a larger volume of cards?

Yes, please send an email with the details of your request for a quote. Only cards available on the website are available for a large volume of fulfillment.

Full payment is due at the time of order via PayPal invoice or Cash App.
